The Deployment Package includes the specification of the devices, configuration of the network parameters, customized system configurations, setup of the security profiles, setting up integrations that are officially supported by the manufacturers (e.g., logging- and ticket systems), installation and functional testing of the appliance and the explanation of the web interface. The goal is a smooth implementation and configuration of the Guardian sensors to achieve optimal results.

The Advisory Call Package provides regular post-deployment services including knowledge transfer, training, review and optimisation of alerts, and consideration of feature requests. These services can be performed on-site or remotely. They ensure that your OT security measures are always up to date.

The IKARUS OT-Security Service on Demand provides additional consulting or services for individual tasks. This includes, among other things, support for training new employees, short-term assistance with alert reviews, situation assessment and recommendations for measures as well as project and programme management of OT security journeys.

The IKARUS 24/7 Nozomi Emergency Service guarantees 24/7 on-call support from the IKARUS support team to ensure seamless monitoring of your OT systems using Nozomi Networks technologies. The package includes support for rapid device replacement of your Guardian sensors and/or Central Management Console (CMC) through cold standby hardware as well as annual training and exercises involving the IKARUS hotline.
