Server features and improvements

• Improved the German translation in the kiosk configuration.
• Updated Apple model name and label mappings.
• Renamed Platform “OS X” to “macOS”.
• Added pre-defined applications to new “Favourites” section in the application list of “Install Application” command.
• Updated wipe options – available selection now depends on device enrollment type and device OS version.
• Improved display of device status – Status now shows additional information and will warn when connection status is not okay.

• Removed force connect button from iOS actions as these are no longer needed.
• All logged events now have unique message code and are searchable/groupable by this code as well.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where package check happened even when application was not updated.
• Updated UI – only WPCO and DO modes support initial Wi-Fi config enrolment.
