Product Owner (m/f/x) – IKARUS Malware Scan Engine

As a leading provider of security software solutions, IKARUS has been shaping the international IT security landscape for decades. The products developed by IKARUS, as well as the partner products from HarfangLab and Nozomi, ensure the daily IT security of numerous clients. In order to make our products even better, we are expanding our team with a ‘Product Owner (m/f/x)’ interested in IT security for our IKARUS Malware Scan Engine.
Your mission:
- You serve as the primary point of contact for our IKARUS Malware Scan Engine
- You act as the ‘single point of contact’ for key international partners
- You document the current state of the IKARUS Malware Scan Engine and gather information from various stakeholders
- You define and optimize processes related to the customer lifecycle, product development, and quality assurance, actively shaping your area of responsibility
- You share responsibility for the quality assurance of the IKARUS Malware Scan Engine
- Ultimately, you drive continuous improvements in all of the above areas
Your qualifications:
- Experience in a technical role, preferably in the areas of malware analysis or classification engines (e.g. spam detection)
- Background as a Product Owner in a technical environment; ideally certified as a SCRUM PSPO
- Fluent in English
- Ideally, experience or knowledge in requirements engineering, process management, and/or quality management
- You are a conscientious, reliable, and committed team player who can also work independently when needed
