Product Owner (m/f/x) – IKARUS mail.security

To further enhance our solutions and make them even more powerful, we are expanding our team and looking for a Product Owner (m/f/x) with an interest in IT security for IKARUS mail.security.
Your mission:
- You are the central point of contact for IKARUS mail.security, and are responsible for its functional and technical development
- You work closely with the development team and the CTO to drive the product forward, both strategically and technically
- You analyze and document the current technical and functional status of IKARUS mail.security, and derive concrete measures for further development
- You act as the single point of contact for key international partners
- You translate technical requirements, architectural constraints, and market needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- You define and continuously optimize processes across the customer lifecycle, product development, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on scalability, product quality, and technical feasibility
- You play a key role in the quality assurance of IKARUS mail.security
- You analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to support data-driven product decisions
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical education
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role with a strong technical focus
- Very good technical understanding, ideally in the field of IT security and/or mail transfer agents (MTAs)
- Knowledge of requirements engineering as well as process and quality management
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on product optimization
- Very good German and good English skills
