At IKARUS, you will work at the forefront of cybersecurity: from integrating state-of-the-art EDR systems (Endpoint Detection and Response) to analyzing and containing security incidents. If you bring technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for IT security, you’ll fit right in with our team.
Your mission:
- Share responsibility for the system integration of IT security sensor systems within customer environments
- Plan, configure, and implement the European HarfangLab Guard featuring IKARUS across complex IT infrastructures
- Perform troubleshooting and error analysis in EDR operations and resolve issues together with customer
- Contribute to the preparation and deployment of demos, test runs, and Proof of Value (PoV) projects
- Support the resolution of internal security incidents through live response procedures
- Assist our customers during pre- and post-sales activities
Your qualifications:
- Studying or holding a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field from a technical university or college
- Practical experience with EDR tools, threat hunting, incident response, or malware analysis, preferably in customer-facing roles
- Proficient in Python or PowerShell; familiar with YARA, Sigma, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Keen interest in European IT security, ethical hacking, and emerging cyber defense technologies
