Server features and improvements

  • New layout editor for the IKARUS Kiosk.
  • It is now possible to define update freeze periods for Android devices in restrictions.
  • Our AI chatbot “MDM Digital Assistant” is now available.
  • A new option for the Entra ID directory service sync has been added.
  • New features for Zebra devices:
    • LifeGuard Over the Air firmware updates are now supported.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the DEP settings button had different width.
  • Added a specific label for configuration names that were already deleted when viewed in device action history.
  • Added an Audit button to the device history tab, which is a shortcut to the Audit log, prefiltered for this device.
  • Grouped dashboard warning section items, removed no longer supported ones.
  • Added support for Android Ultra-Wideband restriction.
  • Updated restrictions – macOS support has been added to existing restrictions, as well as some new macOS-specific restrictions are added.
  • Added missing lower limits for execution interval to scheduler job definitions.
  • New function in tenant DEP settings – Delete all DEP data. Available only to superadmins to remove DEP data when migrating or after uploading tokens to the wrong tenant.
  • Fixed image location validation for Kiosk configuration.
  • MSISDN/Phone number that can be entered by admin manually on device details page will no longer be touched by the system. Check device inventory SIM card information for these details.
  • Fixed an issue where the default ordering of items in a report could be different on different systems.
  • Fixed inconsistent visibility of enrollment options for different platforms.
  • Removed theoretical attack vectors from user authentication error messages.
  • VPP support for iOS user profile.
  • Introduced a check to prevent the same DEP server from being set up in more than one tenant.
  • Removed invalid options for lost mode notification and added Zebra-specific support.
  • Added restrictions to disable Biometrics and Face ID as unlock option for Android (12+).
  • Group filter options are now separately implemented, as some needed filtering options are not available on user filters.
  • Re-added systems apps support for Apple Home Screen Layout configuration.
  • Updated visibility of Activation Lock fields depending on platform.
  • Fixed an issue where some options were not shown for bulk delete functionality.
  • Fixed unregistered device link in dashboard.
  • Minor improvement to device’s installations tab – column width adjustments and sorting for uninstalled column.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed duplicates of some jobs to be created.
  • Removed the edit buttons for global settings while being inside tenant settings.
  • Fixed an issue with selected device list in lists of devices were not updated when parent list was updated.
  • Fixed an issue where a device link from a report attempted to direct to device pool instead of where the device was assigned.
  • Added a check that prevents app uninstall command from being sent if it has not been reported as present since last wipe.
  • Fixed various bugs with the options offered when wiping or deleting a device.
  • Added a check to prevent version detection functionality from considering applications that are already removed but remain in history.
  • Added explanation that it is not possible to preview installed encrypted profile content to the profile content preview window.
  • Functionality to assign SIM contracts to groups is now removed because it is incompatible with Dual SIM devices.
  • Improved validation for scheduler job creation fields.
  • Fixed an issue where some options could cause devices to be re-created more than once after deletion.
