Shutdown of the old IKARUS admin interfaces

Release date 29. November, 2022

The new IKARUS-Portal has successfully replaced the previous admin interfaces admin.mymailwall.com and cloud.mymailwall.com for the administration of IKARUS mail.security, IKARUS anti.virus in the cloud, IKARUS mobile.management, IKARUS web.security and IKARUS wifi.security. The two old portals will subsequently be deactivated.

At the end of 2022, the portal admin.mymailwall.com will be discontinued in a first step.

  • From 1.1.2023, login is no longer possible under admin.mymailwall.com.
  • The new portal under portal.ikarus.at can be used for all organisations and sub-organisations and simplifies administration.
  • Migration to the new IKARUS portal is initiated with a one-time login under admin.mymailwall.com and is still possible after 1.1.2023.
  • The portal cloud.mymailwall.com will be available for use with the existing access data for the time being; the end date will be announced.

Important note when using the sub-admin portal

The migration process to the new IKARUS portal also takes place for sub-admin accounts via cloud.mymailwall.com.

If both a sub-admin account and an admin account exist, please migrate with the sub-admin account to be able to manage all sub-organisations.
