Presales Engineer (m/f/x) – EDR
Full-time (38,5h) for our office in Vienna, including field work
To further expand our EDR (Endpoint Protection & Response) product line, we are growing our sales team and are looking for an experienced professional to promote HarfangLab Guard feat. IKARUS to our future customers.
Your mission:
- You will manage the entire pre-sales process for IKARUS’s EDR technologies
- You will analyze customer requirements and propose clear technical solutions
- You will advise customers on IT security in general and endpoint protection in particular
- Together with the sales team, you will handle the technical aspects of client meetings and present our product(s) in a compelling and practical manner, either on-site or remotely
- You will develop compelling technical concepts and decision-making frameworks for our clients
- You are responsible for conducting the PoC (Proof of Concept) with customers
- You work closely with Sales and Engineering, as well as vendors such as HarfangLab itself, coordinate regularly with Engineering, and hand off to Sales after the PoC
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical education
- Solid practical experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles in a technical environment
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security (AV, EDR, XDR) and network security in general
- Confident demeanor when interacting with customers, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to quickly grasp customer requirements
- Independent and proactive work style
- Very good German and good English skills
