To maintain our position as one of the industry leaders in Software Security Products, IKARUS has restructured the whole product-development lifecycle. Due to the modernization of our Backend-services an experienced Team-Lead for this department is needed.

Your mission:

Manage and lead a Team of up to 8 Developers
Modernize existing Backend services
Cope with legacy code and implement modern best practices
Work closely with the other team leads and experts to tackle challenges
Build and implement an effective team structure to handle a variety of different systems

Our requirements:

At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Lead
Excellent knowledge of Python, MS-SQL and different Webservice technologies (HTTP, JSON, Protobuf, REST).
Nice to have: good understanding of other scripting- and programming languages (e.g. Perl)

The annual gross salary starts with € 63.000, — per year (IT-KV), willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience. In the end your skillset counts, let’s talk!
